Despite the vast amount of existing information available on food and water security strategies, this data remains predominantly focused either on individual nations or approaches these issues from within a particular discipline. Identifying a gap in this existing literature, 31 participants from 11 different countries undertaking the International Space University’s Southern Hemisphere Summer Space Program (SHSSP) in Adelaide, Australia, produced a White Paper tackling these issues from an international, intercultural and interdisciplinary perspective.
